Now that your kit has arrived, please download the required files and install the necessary software. Make sure to complete the following steps on the Windows laptop you’ll be using for the installation. Note: You must have administrator privileges. Personal (non–work issued) laptops typically have this by default.
Next steps:
1. Enter your name (exactly as it appears on your order).
2. Enter the installation code printed on the sheet included in your kit.
3. Click Submit and follow the on-screen instructions until you see the “Complete” message.
