Now that the kit has arrived, its time to download the required files and install the required software
- First off, our techncians need to connect to your laptop. We use Anydesk, which you download using the link below
Once downloaded, please install it. You can verify it is working by checking the opened program. It should look like the below. You will need to provide “Your Address” at the time of the appointment
2. Next Up, our remaining files are password protected and compressed to allow smaller file sizes. To open these files, we need a special software. This is called Winrar and you can download it using the link below.
When installing, it may prompt you to register, purchase or sign up. Non of these are required.
3. Next up, we have our Main Coding Pack. This includes the software and tools required for the job. This is password protected and our technicians will open in on the day. Please download and save it on the laptop.
4. Next up, the software update required for your vehicle. This is genuine Mercedes Benz Software, so nothing to worry about. This is another password protected file, so please download and save.

5. Finally, A small coding reference file to help our technicians do the job quickly. This is another Password Protected file.
Thats it for setup. You should have Anydesk and Winrar installed, and the Main Coding Pack and software update saved. Please now contact our team to book in.
